Naka AI Browser is made by Insivalley. These terms cover the app and the Naka Cloud AI subscription.

The app

Your use of Naka AI Browser is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. How we handle your data is in our privacy policy.

What's free: browsing, Naka Shields and the on-device assistant (on devices with Apple Intelligence). Naka Cloud AI includes 3 free requests on iPhone and iPad.
What the subscription adds: Naka Cloud AI every day, within the fair-use limits below.
Plans: Naka Cloud AI Monthly, $7.99 a month, and Naka Cloud AI Yearly, $71.99 a year (US prices; the app shows the price in your currency before you buy). There is no free trial.
Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel: in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Naka Cloud AI until the end of the period you paid for.
Your devices: one subscription works on every device signed in to your Apple Account. Restore it on a new device with Restore Purchase. Family Sharing is not available.
Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Fair use: Naka Cloud AI has usage limits per device and per subscription so it stays fast for everyone. If you reach one, try again later or use the on-device assistant.

Answers come from AI and can be wrong. Check anything important, like prices, dates and medical, legal or financial information, on the site itself.
Naka stops before payments, purchases and bookings, asks before it sends, submits or deletes anything, and never types passwords, codes or card details. Finishing those steps is up to you.
Websites you open through Naka have their own terms, which still apply.
