What Naka keeps, and what it sends

Last updated 26 October 2026

Naka AI Browser has no accounts and no ads. Your browsing stays on your phone. This policy explains what we receive, why, and the choices you have.

In short: we receive your questions and the page you're on only when you use Naka Cloud AI, which runs on our own AI models, and we keep a copy to improve Naka. Usage statistics never include what you browse or type, and you can turn them off. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we are

Naka AI Browser is made by Insivalley ("we", "us"), which is responsible for the data described here. "Naka" means the assistant in the app. Questions about your data: support@nakaprivacy.com.

What stays on your phone

We never receive your saved passwords, cookies, contacts or photos.

What we receive

WhatWhenWhat it includes
Naka Cloud AI requests Only when you choose Naka Cloud AI and agree on the screen that asks first. Your question, the page you're on and what Naka looks up to answer you. See Naka Cloud AI.
Reports Only when you tap Report to Naka and send it. The request (and anything you added while Naka worked), Naka's answer, the page's address and your note. A copy of the page only if you choose to send it; that copy is kept as it is and can include anything shown on the page.
Usage statistics While Share usage analytics is on (it is by default). Which features are used and how they turn out, and crash counts. Never addresses, searches, page text or anything you type. See Usage counts and app reliability.
Subscription and free requests When you buy or restore Naka Cloud AI, and when the app first connects to us. Apple's record of your subscription (plan, status and renewal), and a check through Apple that limits free requests to one set per device. Apple handles payment: we never see your payment details or Apple Account.
Support emails When you email us. Your email address, your message and anything you attach.

These records carry a random install ID, the Debug ID in Settings → About. It isn't your name, email or Apple Account, but it links your records to this install of the app. Like any online service, our servers also see your IP address and basic device information such as the app version, and the app asks Apple to confirm to us that it is the genuine app. We use this to run the service and prevent abuse, and we don't keep your IP address with your records.

Naka Cloud AI

Naka Cloud AI runs on AI models we run ourselves. Your requests are not sent to other AI companies. It is used only when you pick it; with the On-device model, nothing you ask is sent to us.

To answer, a request includes your question, the page you're on (its text, links and what's typed in its forms), your recent messages in the conversation, anything you add such as another tab or selected text, and what Naka looks up for you, such as matching titles from your history and bookmarks or the tabs you ask it to compare. When Naka acts on a page, it sends a screenshot to check the action worked; screenshots are not kept. Naka leaves out form fields it recognises as passwords, one-time codes, card details or ID numbers.

We keep a copy of each request and its answer. Before we store it, we automatically remove email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers such as card or account numbers; this can miss things, such as a name or street address in the page's text. Our team and our own tools review them to fix wrong answers and unsafe actions and to improve Naka. We don't use your requests to train AI models.

Requests from private tabs are sent and kept like any other. To keep a page out of Naka Cloud AI, leave it out of the question, set Naka to Off for that site, or use the On-device model. Answers are written by AI and can be wrong.

Websites Naka visits for you

To search the web or compare shops and trips, Naka visits websites from your phone, as your browser does. Its searches go to DuckDuckGo, and the sites it opens receive your search terms and your usual cookies. Those sites, your search engine and any site you allow to use your location, camera or microphone handle that data under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We don't use your data for advertising, we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we don't make automated decisions about you with legal or similar effects.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or share your personal information for advertising. We share it only with:

How long we keep it

We keep the data we receive until you ask us to delete it. After we delete it, remaining copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we protect transfers with recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, and you can object to or limit how we use it. You can withdraw consent for a report at any time. Email support@nakaprivacy.com with your Debug ID from Settings → About. There are no accounts, so that is how we find your data. We may ask for more proof before sending you a copy. We reply within one month, and using your rights never changes what you pay or what you get.

If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as one in the EU, the UK's Information Commissioner's Office or Saudi Arabia's SDAIA.

Your choices

Usage counts and app reliability

Usage statistics tell us which features are used and whether they work: for example, that a request finished, which settings were chosen, or that a subscription screen was opened. Reliability statistics are crash and hang counts and timings. They carry the install ID, the app and iOS version and the device model, and never include addresses, sites, searches, questions, answers, page text or anything you type. Turning off Share usage analytics stops them; to delete what we already received, email us.

Children

Naka AI Browser is not meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or under 16 where the law sets that age). If you think a child has sent us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change what we collect or how we use it, we update this page and its date, and where the law requires it, we ask you in the app first.
